South Burlington - completed 2021
Our first house renovation which includes 2 ADU's (Accessory Dwelling Units). All three parts of the property were fully renovated and are being used for long and short-term rentals.
East Burke - completed May 2023
An oasis in East Burke, Vermont!
This house was built in 1835, complete with an old ice house, and is one of the original homes in town. This single-family home has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. It has been modernized, and also keeping the original character and charm. There's even a private swimming hole in the yard, which will perfect for post biking dips this summer. It is a short-term rental property.
